All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
We do not store your full payment card details. All transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to your nominated UK delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive products where required. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications under UK law, except where the medication is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our legal obligations.
